Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days (where available)
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier conditions outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- Flat rate shipping on orders under $50 calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Calivyne Skin & Healthcare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier directly. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at [your support email] and we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned!
